I was in the ER over the weekend and needed to be seen for follow up. They got me in the day after I called. The staff was so nice and caring. Dr. Trulson explained everything very well. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Experiencing the severe pain of a kidney stone. Called Dr. Vogt’s office in the afternoon and they saw me the next morning. He quickly diagnosed me and sent me for tests and did “stone blasting” outpatient surgery a few days later. He did a great job because I have not had one minute of pain since. He takes his time to answer all your questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to use his services again and I have recommended him to my friends and family! Thank you Dr. Vogt!!!

I’m very happy with the care and support I’ve received. It’s obvious that from the front office to the support staff in the exam rooms – they care. Dr. Trulson takes all the time needed to understand what is going on with my issues, and what can be done. Also pleased that he is a subscriber to the “baby steps” treatment method – start with the simple easy solutions and work up to the more complicated – rather than just going full bore right away. I am from Springfield, after a visit to your ER on Saturday and diagnosed with stones, the urologist in Springfield could not get me in. When asked what I could do I was told to wait patiently. I called your office on Tuesday, was seen in the office on Wednesday, and had the procedure done on Thursday. Also clearing up a confused pharmacist Meanwhile still waiting for a call from the Springfield urologist. Thank you very much to the entire staff

I had an appointment today, to get my catheter changed. Sherrie in the front office had us checked in before we approached the window. That is great service. Lori, the nurse that changed my catheter was great very professional. They both made you feel relaxed, They are both truly assets to the office. It is nice being greeted by friendly office staff and nurse. They both make me look forward to my appointment.

Dr Trulson was easy to talk to and he has a way of putting you at ease. I needed an emergency procedure to remove a kidney stone. Dr Trulson setup surgery the same day. First off I would like to have given your office a rating of 10, However, it only went to 5…. In 2008 I was diagnosed with bladder cancer… I was referred to Dr. Michael Severance, who at the time was just a specialists to me. I went in and thought to my self, I really don’t know why I am here…. Just a little microscopic blood in my urine after having my annual pap, which is not uncommon… Dr. Severance scoped me and sure enough I had Bladder Cancer… I remember him saying those words and I was like “WHAT”… No other symptoms… I was totally set back and said “Then let’s get it out”.. Within 2 days I was in surgery… I have been going to him since… He is now what I feel a huge part in all my medical decisions… I trust him that much… He is very professional yet makes you feel like you are a part of his family… He is very in tune with his patients… He say’s, “I want to stay on top of things, I don’t want anything to happen to you while on my watch…. “. His staff is friendly and helpful… Healthcare has changed so much, where patients have to be knowledgeable, but while under Dr. Severance’s watch he still practices with not only his great skills, but also with his heart. He truly cares about patient care. I would highly recommend Dr. Severance to anyone who needs to be seen by a urologist. In today’s world of healthcare, Physicians are so pressured by the Government, Hospital Politicized Standardization, that they are sometimes limited with their time… He always takes time for his patients….

In January 2018 I was scheduled for a dreaded prostate biopsy. I researched the Internet and found horror stories of how painful it would be and also possibly dangerous if “blindly” done. Prior to the biopsy Dr. Trulson explained very clearly and in great detail what the procedure would entail. As he did the biopsy, he told me everything he was doing. He used an ultrasound machine to guide his movements so the “blind” biopsy on the Internet was of no concern. He took 12 samples from my prostate and let me know exactly as he was taking each one. I felt no pain whatsoever. It actually felt more like a puff of air when he took each sample. I was so relieved by his method of doing the biopsy and his bedside manner. What I learned from the this experience is that you definitely can’t trust much of what you read on the Internet. Of course it helps to get a doctor who is very experienced and who also makes you feel very comfortable. I am very grateful to Dr. Trulson and his staff.

I’m a retired family doctor and have seen many men go through this. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results now a year after Dr Severance did a Green Light laser TURP on me. All functions are intact and everything is as good as it was 20 years ago, except now I can pee freely (if I can say that in a public comment) with no restriction and complete control!And guys, don’t worry, I’m talking about all function being intact, not just urinary function. I can’t say your experience will be the same as mine, but that’s what happened with me.
