Dr. Vogt is a native Missourian growing up in Southeast Missouri. He attended college at the University of Missouri-Columbia where he also completed medical school graduating Cum Laude. He subsequently completed a six year urology residency at the University of Missouri Columbia. During medical training Dr. Vogt has received several honors such as being elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honorary Society, awarded the Ian M. Thompson Urology Award, and winning the T. Leon Howard Pyelogram Award at the SCS meeting of the AUA.
Dr. Vogt has been trained in advanced minimally invasive laparoscopic and endoscopic urological techniques. He is experienced in the newest treatments for urological tumors and conditions. Special interests are in minimally invasive treatment of urological disorders, treatment and prevention of kidney stones, advanced treatment options for urinary incontinence, and advanced endoscopic treatment of urological disorders.
Dr. Vogt enjoys spending time with his four boys. He enjoys most all outdoor activities from working around the farm to swimming and running. Being an alumnus of the University of Missouri-Columbia as an undergraduate, medical student, and urology residency program it goes without saying that the he is a MU supporter.
